Great for our first visit to Phoenix - 10 min from Annual Spring Ostrich Festival at Chandler's Tumbleweed Park -- wonderful, safe, clean family event with MANY rides, Alaskan pig races and of course ostriches, plus really good concerts at the amphitheater in the evening. Also made a stop at the Old West Cactus Farm just nw of Phoenix - 32 acres of well-priced selections - great place to learn too. And ran out of time to do all the antiquing we wanted -- highly recommend Chandler's Merchant Square for antiques along with other places. Chandler is beautiful.
Chandler is beautiful. We will hold fond memories of our family gathering for the wedding of our young couple. We used the Chandler Community Center and it was a wonderful venue. The staff there were so pleasant and helpful.

Great location! Plenty of dining options. It was beautiful inside - even though you had to walk up flight of stairs. I think it was meant for the younger generation. Nice couch, but I couldn't sit on it. I need support as well as a place to elevate my right leg. I sat at the table with my foot on a chair. The bedrooms could use another TV - at least in the master. I wouldn't have to watch sports. And finally the beds. For my old body, I need support and I found the beds too soft. Younger people probably wouldn't have the problem.

The host changed my unit to one in a completely different...
The host changed my unit to one in a completely different building without any notice to me. The way I discovered the change was by being denied entry after entering my code on the keypad. Then literally a minute later someone else shows up, enters a code and gains access to the unit. After texting the host back and forth, they assumed that it was my error with the keypad. Only then, after I insisted that someone is occupying my assigned unit, do I find out about the change. This concept of not providing any notice is NOT good service.CharlesUnited States of America

We were all exhausted when we got there and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. There's a gym and pool too. The location, with easy access to Chandler, Mesa, and Queens Creek, was just great. The staff worked hard to solve our issues. My sister needed a room next to ours that could accommodate her dog and they figured it all out. We needed a wakeup call for a very early morning departure and they nailed it.
