I liked the staff the most they went above and beyond to get me a room we were comfortable in the beds we a little to firm for me but slept well very clean no complaints except not enough towels and said they were low in towels so we were able to get 2 towels 2 wash cloths turn them in to get 2 more of each kind of crazy but I guess it's their policy who knows good restaurants with in walking distance I recommend the Westwood inn excellent food ! There's no shortage of options to find something to eat, drink or be merry in Lakewood. It is a charming city in the Denver metro area and it's my favorite. Safe, clean, friendly, it sits at the front range and minutes from downtown Denver. We attended the Broncos football game and it was an easy commute to and from the event. There's always people out walking their dogs or just being typical active locals enjoying the absolute beauty Colorado has to offer. We had dinner at Bar Louie that was very nice with a great selection. Bel Mar has a lot to offer with a variety of restaurants, movie theatre, shops and if you forgot something, Target. Rooms were very nice , large and very luxurious. I had booked the queen size suite and was very pleased. Large closet , iron and ironing board, large size refrigerator, bathroom was large with plenty of storage. I would definitely book there again. It might not have the morning breakfast that some places offer but the room and location made up for it.

I did not like anything I got ocer charged haf to pay for the deposit I. Caduceus 2 times 100$ each and I payed for an additional night but ended up checking out the same day and they dis not refund me my deposit because I mistplased the slip they didn't even work on it with me or reimbursed for the the extra night they never did room service no new soap no new towels it was by far the worst experience I have had and to top every thing off the 2cnd floor smelt like burnt hair and the fire alarm went off I woke up rush out of my room when to the office and they had told me that some one pulled the Alarm and ran

The paper work Said we would be charged extra if there was presence of a dog without paying before hand such as dog hair etc. our room was COVERED in dog hair.and we have a non shedding puppy. Very disappointed as well as the crowd that hung around outside. Creepy.

But the hotel was a pleasant surprise. the room was clean, spacious and with a big comfortable bed. the bathroom was good, strong and hot shower. breakfast was honest, with fruit, eggs, bacon, freshly made waffle, juices. the staff were friendly and helpful. I managed to park the car easily, in front of the bedroom window. I recommend hosting.
