I liked everything, from the service (very friendly and attentive), to the location (close to bus stops, restaurants and markets), with special praise for the cleanliness and comfort of the room (spot clean bathroom). The complimentary pastry was delicious, and I also enjoyed the coffee and water.

This Marriott FALSEY states it is pet friendly!
This Marriott FALSEY states it is pet friendly! It is the most pet unfriendly place I have ever stayed! The unreasonable $150 pet fee is hidden in the super fine print. Don’t spend your money with those who see deceit

Bed was comfy that was about the only positive.
Bed was comfy that was about the only positive. Hotel was grungy and outdated. Lobby floor was super sticky which is disgusting. No toilet paper holder just had it sitting on the bathroom counter. I didn't even bother to use the shower it just looked gross and had 2 hairs on it. If I could have canceled and gotten my money back when I got there, I would have and I would have left

All is well, but I feel it is very much aimed for business.
All is well, but I feel it is very much aimed for business. It is convenient to all of the Washington DC area although traffic is not easy to get through at times. Arlington National burial grounds are a worth while trip to visit with great views of the DC area.

We went to Falls Church for a wedding and were delighted.
We went to Falls Church for a wedding and were delighted. So close to D.C. and the restaurants were great. Spent our days visiting D.C. and all of the beautiful monuments. While in Falls Church we walked a lot. Beautiful area. We did get out to Alexandria to visit and had dinner at a great place called, "Whiskey and Oyster" a must have! Lobster Rolls and Lobster bisque and the service was outstanding!
Checked in and saw workers with the door open in their room. Knew there may be a problem later that night. So I go out and get back to the room at 11:00 pm and attempt to go to sleep. It became impossible as the car alarms were ringing left and right. The people staying next to me were very loud and it was 3:15 am. I checked out and drove back east. I wasted $107.00 on this poor hotel in a marginal area of Falls Church. I should have know better and kept driving instead if honoring my commitment!
Our clean, spacious room included a separate kitchenette area, complete with dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. Amenities included complimentary laundry facilities, which we appreciated since we stayed for six nights.
The convenient location provided access to the shops and restaurants on the main street in Falls Church. I would advise travelers to request a room in the back of the hotel, since the restaurant across the street attracted several noisy midnight motorcycle riders.
We stayed 3 nights during spring vacation with 6 years old and 1 year-old kids. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was good (omelet, yoghurts, bread and baking goodies, milk, juices, coffee, tea, sausages/baking/ham, limited variety of fruit, oranges only, no veggies). Location is OK, it took us about 25 minutes driving in the mornings (around 8am) to reach DC and about 45-50 minutes driving back (around 5-6pm). Plenty of free parking, no reservation needed.
Yes, the hotel could use renovation because it's clearly quite old, but it was clean and basic facilities were there. There was just nothing really bad about it (I mention a few negative things though). Nice addition was - surprisingly nice - free coffee in the morning. Location likely requires a car - it's a few mins by car to nearest subway station. Overall it was good value compared to prices in other hotels around DC, would likely stay there again.
The location was fine - we've stayed before and enjoyed it since you can walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were pleasant, and the room was comfortable and clean. I really liked the bed and the large down pillow - slept better than at home! Breakfast was very good - had an omelet that really hit the spot. We'd come again.
A delightful stay at this boutique gem in Falls Church City! Mornings started with heavenly muffins and drip coffee, setting the perfect tone. The hotel's enchanting aroma and prime location made strolls into town a joy. Impeccable 10/10 customer service sealed the deal. Pure luxury in every sense! Highly recommend.
The staff were super nice, the rooms where clean and lovely. I wish there were more vegan options for breakfast, like fresh berries and plant milks or plant yogurts. I also think it would have been nice it there was cinnamon powder available for oatmeal. Other than that I really loved everything else.
Very cozy, comfortable, and clean. Owners were friendly and responsive to questions via messaging, without being intrusive. Great location if you have a rental car. It was quiet & the apartment has nice light through the windows, which felt more homey than a hotel room.
This is an older hotel. The rooms were well equipped with what we needed: microwave, fridge, coffee maker etc....the location was perfect for the other activities we enjoyed, like JV's restaurant where we enjoyed live music.
Hotel room is sufficiently wide and clean for the business trip, and I enjoyed the dinner (Bolibia cuisine) owing to the kind support of restaurant/front clerk with smile. thank you for your hospitality.
The hotel, room, staff and service were all amazing. At the end they have been so understanding with my circumstances of checking out earlier and accommodated so thank you!
