We booked this hotel for one night to be near the airport for our departure from Sicily the next day. It met our expectations for that specific purpose. The restaurant was good and I actually had the best dinner in Sicily here. But the cats that freely roamed the place were actually the most pleasing and friendliest part about this place.
We booked here hoping to spend a relaxing day by the pool but unfortunately the pool was not open (was told the "season" starts May 1 -- but I don't recall seeing that disclosure in the property description on the Booking.com website). The setting/structural lay-out is pleasant. I understand that the place probably doesn't want to cater to single night guests, and would rather focus on their "regular business" (we noticed that various airline flight crews stayed there) and their longer-term guests but we wouldn't want to stay here longer than one night because there really isn't anything to do here if it's "off-season". Pool closed, nothing convenient to walk to (walked about 10-15 mins down the street to the beach and bought sandwiches at a local deli) but the beach was more like a "city beach" and we didn't have chairs or towels. The hotel gave us "pool towels" that were short and thin, more like clean rags rather than something you might get at an actual "resort". We made the best of our time by reading in the lobby lounge area, played a card game (there were three of us, my wife and I with our 20-something daughter), drank some wine and coffee and then went back to our room terrace and interacted with the very friendly and pleasant cats.

I needed a place close to the airport for an early morning flight. This was just 15 minutes away. It was easy to book a driver with them. They picked me up at the train station to check in. And checked in via text later in the evening.
The bed was comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood. Walking to restaurants was not too far. Very safe area for a solo traveler.

It is very close to the airport and close enough to Palermo that we could take a day to explore it. The hostess was very kind and accommodating. She had some snacks and drinks waiting for us which was super helpful since we needed something to hold the kids over until we went to the grocery store. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Cinisi is a rather small village mostly with rural properties and a main street with gas stations, small stores, and a restaurant. It is convenient for one night travelers. I would recommend staying there only if you need to catch a flight and avoid possible traffic jams from Palermo.

Mid-September is clearly end of the summer season. Many shops, bars and restaurants were closed.
Palermo city centre is 50 minutes by bus. Approx one bus per hour.
The town square is very pretty.
The bakery is amazing and definitely worth a visit.
The train station 25 minutes away (walking).
The neighbouring town of Terrasini is definitely worth a visit and is walkable.

While I was only there about 15 hours, including a one night stay at the very nice TAM B & B, I did explore for a couple of hours. I ate one of the best burgers that I have every had at the Imperial Burger, just 2 streets from my B & B. I particularly liked the genuine friendliness of the residents that I came in contact with. I loved the beautiful streets, especially the one that housed Imperial Burger, because that street was lined with live orange trees full of fruit! You don't see that everyday.
I closing, I want to return and spend at least a weekend in this beautiful town.
Respectfully,

Our host, Davide, was exceptional in many ways.
Our host, Davide, was exceptional in many ways. He met us as we arrived, brought our vehicle to his garage (even gave up his parking space!) He gave us detailed information on the area (Ragusa) which we loved! The house was exactly what we needed - there were 5 of us (single women) and we each had our own bathroom and full bath on 3 levels! He owns a lovely area (the pool opens in June) across the street from our place, and we enjoyed late afternoon cocktails there. The kitchen was well-stocked (great coffee!) and the beds were very comfortable - with flat screen televisions in each room. Highly recommend!!!

We are very happy with service provided by the staff.
We are very happy with service provided by the staff. They are kind and helpful. Hey picked us up from the airport on time and dropping us off at the airport at the early hour of 5am with noe problem. We have nothing but praises for them.
The property is clean and the room is comfortable.
We stayed there for two nights before moving on to Malta and Palermo.
Great location close by the airport- safe and lots of parking areas next to the B&B
Nice neighborhood - very residential setting
Very nice room and facilities offered
Salvo, the host was super nice and very helpful.
Excellent Italian Breakfast with, juice, cereal, yogurt Italian pastries and Salvo made us an excellent coffee
Highly recommended to all flying in and out of Palermo airport
The best B&B we have found in Cinisi and after flying there twice a year for the past 7 years !!
Massimo (not Mario) was very kind and considerate and engaging. He loves his job, and the people that come through and his place. He takes pride in his hosting and it shows. We had an early flight and had to leave at an ungodly hour and Massimo was up and smiling and had already gotten us freshly baked croissants filled with pistachio creme! He is very attentive. His recommendation for dinner was excellent and close enough to walk. We had a lovely last night in Sicily at his B&B.
A very comfortable room with a spectacular view of the mountains. The host, Salvo, was very accommodating and provided a terrific breakfast. The town of Cinisi is very near the airport and the drive there or to adjacent car rental return lots is easy. Cinisi itself is picaresque. There are several restaurants that can be reached within minutes by car and are in reasonable walking distance. If you're looking for a nice place to stay near the airport, you can't go wrong here.
Our whole experience was excellent from the moment we booked to when we checked out. Esrimo our host communication was impeccable throughout our entire stay. He greeted us when we arrived, showed us how everything worked in the place and even took us to the airport in the morning. The place was also beautiful clean and had all the amenities you needed. Would definitely come back and highly recommended for any travellers heading to Chinisi Sicily :)
Beautiful location on the beach with two amazing patios giving the view of the water. The rooms were clean and spacious. Our lovely hosts welcomed us with snacks and drinks and the dinner on the rooftop patio was absolutely delicious! They were very helpful and accommodating and their shuttle service to the airport made the stay effortless. Thank you for a memorable night in Cinisi!
A beautiful resort a few minutes away from Cinisi Airport which makes it really convenient thanks to the shuttle service the hotel offers. The premises were beautiful, and the room spacious and well decorated, with a nice balcony from where you could view the majestic misty mountains from afar. The members of the staff were welcoming and helpful too.
If you're looking for a place to stay close to the airport Residence Villa Rosa is a great choice. Free shuttle back and forth to the airport. Lovely small hotel, welcoming staff, good sized room and comfortable bed plus breakfast in the morning. Limited menu for dinner but sufficient.
Great b&b with an extraordinary view from the terrace. Everything was great, except you cant get there by public transport from the airport, you would have to take the taxi, but the location is worth it. There are great beach nearby and whole town is calm and has relaxing atmosphere.
The host was very friendly and helpful. The place was nice and clean. We really liked the terrace. Parking in the street also wasn't problem. Place is just few meters from the main Cinisi street. Can recommend to anyone looking for nice stay in Cinisi.
This really is more of a hotel, because it’s such a nice property and service and attention is A+. But a BnB in personal assistance with anything your needing help with. And fair shuttle fees. This is the place stay when needed in the area.
It was a nice place. Palermo airport is near by and the owners offered us a ride to the airport for half a price taxis offer. Even though it was very early in the morning 4am. We were happy about the place and all the best wishes to them.
Smooth handling, just an overnight. Although the bedroom is on the 2nd floor , we didn’t bother to carry our suitcases up, we chose to take necessities and carry light items instead. Perfect stay, nearby airport and car rental company
The host Salvatore was very responsive. We needed a 4:30am ride to the airport which he provided for 33% less than a cab company. Lots of free nottles water and expresso. Le Grotte looks like the Grand Hotel. I highly recommend it.
Angela is very lovely and helpful, she made our short stay easy and cozy.
Hotel is far from city but close to the airport and few steps from an amazing beach with mountain views. We stayed for one night only but would come back.
Exceptionally clean. Manager was very friendly and did her best to make us comfortable. Arranged ride to airport at 0500, which was perfect. We would definitely stay there again if in Palermo.
The owners were so nice. The property was so nice. Had I known how nice the place was, we would have stayed much longer. This place SAVED us after a TERRIBLE experience at Astoria Palace Hotel
Very nice staff and great location near a swimming cove with an ancient tower (best to go by 10 or 11am on a clear sunny day for the best swimming). Very convenient to the airport.
