Almost everything. Wanted to swim laps quietly in am…but “heated naturally” I am 79 year old lap swimmer. 40 laps in 25 yard pool. Too cold
One of the best jacuzzi settings ever

We came here for a mini moon after our wedding in April and it was perfect. I loved the fire pit at the pool to sit around at night. Pool is super nice and heated, which was great for a night swim.

It was super convenient to have the dog-friendly (and nicely landscaped) outside area at Hummingbird Inn. It was also walking distance to a park, so many points for catering to canines! The reception area is very inviting, and I liked having the tea/coffee available in the morning.

Ojai is very much worth visiting if you want to escape the rush of big cities and franchise businesses such as Starbucks, fast food outlets, and rude city drivers. The bike/walking path through the village allows one to experience nature in many forms. It is maintained wonderfully and surprising free of trash and litter. Don't miss the abundance of charming restaurants with unique menus. Enjoy hiking or, if you are a bit hardier, biking the Shelf Road trail with its great views of the Ojai Valley.

Ojai is a great weekend getaway from Los Angeles for some peace and quiet, decent restaurants, and local wine tasting. It was not congested, people are friendly, slow pace and relaxing. Ojai is small so pretty much can walk anywhere.

The mountains surrounding the city are beautiful.
The mountains surrounding the city are beautiful. The city itself really has nothing to offer except a lake. The downtown is very small unless you’re hiking or fishing. There isn’t much to do. The mountains around it are beautiful, but the town itself doesn’t offer much.

Ojai is a charming village with shops, restaurants and boutiques. There are many health centers too. The Libby Bowl is an excellent, small concert venue and the Ojai Valley Resort and Spa has excellent golf opportunities and Bluegrass Sunday brunch. Visit Sam’s Place for friendly atmosphere and a cocktail!

We enjoyed our visit to Ojai.
We enjoyed our visit to Ojai. The hiking was very good, with well marked signage. The weekend traffic was heavy, but not once you got out of town. The downtown area was fun with lots of little quaint shops and galleries. The farmers market was amazing. Our favorite restaurant was the Seafood Restaurant. Libby park was pretty with good tennis facilities. The bike ride from Ojai to Ventura is a must. Beautiful ride that provides good exercise and not too steep in either direction. A fun get away location.

The room was a good size.
The room was a good size. I never saw a human been working in the hotel. No basic services for the price.
No making the bed
Just one roll of toilet paper for a two room
One box of Kleenex for the whole place
No extra water, not even to buy
Overall very disappointed; Mi family stay at Capri, a lot less money and a lot more services.
I am never coming back!
We had an excellent stay. The hotel is really lovely and very well located. The room was very clean and spacious for two people. We were in room 6 which was towards to back of the property -this was helpful with road noise reduction as the property is right off of the main road. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area is super cute with a grassy area and hammocks to lounge and spread out a bit. We enjoyed the coffee and little cookies in the lobby each morning as well.
The Room (and the Hotel) was so clean; not one stray hair!!! 🥳People or pet; considering it is a pet friendly establishment that is quite the feat! 🙏
Excellent accommodations; we felt very at home and relaxed! Clean Italian Linen on the bed and throw pillows; heated pool and jacuzzi access 24/7! Our host Pascale was very welcoming and appreciative!
Thank you to the staff for taking such good care 🥰,
Cynthia & John
👏👏👏
Very tasteful boutique like hotel in Ojai, walking distance from shops, cafes and restaurants. Lovely swimming pool which our teenage daughter enjoyed. A vast garden with magnificent palm trees next to the pool for relaxing in.
The lobby has an amazing fireplace which was put on each morning. Great arty books and fine products that you can purchase.
Exceptional staff. Welcoming and accommodating. Very helpful.
We had a wonderful time at the Blue Iguana Inn. The staff was welcoming, the room had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable - we slept like babies. The pool area is lovely and there’s also a jacuzzi. It’s the perfect spot for a weekend or retreat. It’s quiet and peaceful with a beautiful garden. You’ll want to stay more than one night.
Fabulous views and lovely gardens. A little remote from the main town, but fine with a car.
We had one of the two rooms with a shared bathroom - but we did have a galley kitchen outside and the main lounge was next door. So, altogether, we had plenty of space & facilities.
Breakfast was plentiful and good quality.
Ojai is a very special area.
A relaxing oasis of calm, perfect for a reset if you've been feeling over stimulated!
Lovely staff, comfortable bedroom, beautiful setting, with mountain views and green grounds.
Good buffet breakfast, hot food at weekends.
Excellent reading room, with a huge collection of spiritual books.
10 mins drive into downtown Ojai.
It’s a beautiful property in a magical location and all of the staff are absolutely wonderful and go out of their way to assure that you have a wonderful stay. I highly recommend the Ojai Retreat & Inn to anyone visiting the beautiful Ojai Valley looking for a special experience.
Staying in the Airstream was a unique experience in itself. The layout of the trailers created nice private spaces and the tropical vegetation was reminiscent of boutique hotels I have been to in Asia. There are also outdoor "living rooms" for larger groups that looked inviting.
We loved everything about this place. The hosts are amazing and extremely nice, the location is perfectly set between Meiners Oak and Ojai, a coffee shop within walking distance, great design, so clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
Lovely hotel, newly renovated. The room was very cool - mid century with a twist. Loved the layout and the little patio attached was great. I loved how quiet and serene it was at night, very comfy beds too. I would stay here again for sure.
Casa Ojai Inn is conveniently located a short drive (or long walk) from the center of town. It has a nice little swimming pool and offers free use of bicycles. The room was clean and comfortable.
It’s a good location and close to town. It has that Ojai feeling/vibe. Nice that you can use their bikes and the trail is directly behind the property.
