The front desk staff was incredible. I forgot ative and very helpful. Neveah was so kind and helpful. Truly why I gave the stay such high marks!
What a great house this was! We appreciated the cleanliness, the hospitality, and the fact that it had everything we needed. The house is very close to a subway station with tons of parking. It was a great fit for our family.

The staff was knowledgeable and handled the very many football fans/guests really well. No one lost their cool and they were helpful. It would be if if the hotel maybe provided someone who knows more about transportation to the games on game weekends as the staff didn't seem to know too much which was fine as it's not their job. Would be a nice touch and free them up for saying they don't know.

Ms. Shanell was very professional and helped me with my reservation. The gentleman and ladies who prepared the morning breakfast were just great! The bed was so comfortable and being animal friendly was a plus as I had our dog with me.
It was so cold the weekend I stayed, but the property made us feel warm with working heat, great attitudes and comfort. All the staff were great!

Our stay was very nice.
Our stay was very nice. The agent at the front desk at check-in was very informative and professional. The room was very stylish and clean. My wife loved the lighted mirror! The location of the hotel is near many stores, restaurants, and my wife's favorite spot, Krispy Cream, which is within walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel room was great, clean and comfortable. They provided all the basic necessities from stocking marvelous soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, to dishes and silverware.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked into the lobby.
It's safe to say I will be staying here again the next time I'm in DC.
On a side Note, You are still able to get in and out of the building and your room if the power goes out due to severe weather.
We arrived 2 hrs early. I knew that the chances of checking in early was slim with the entire hotel booked but when I went and asked the lady at the front desk was not only very polite vut was as well very accomadating and after a few min was able to get us a room. Saved us from having to just hang out around the nearby shopping center to just wait.
The check in staff was ok. They are constantly trying to "save face" for their manager/owner who over books the property, their words. Along with my room not being available, everyone who tried to check in after me was told the same thing... "unfortunately, the room you booked is no longer available".
This hotel looks like it was recently renovated so everything was pretty much clean and new. LOVED the breakfast, I'm a breakfast person and every day was 10/10. Also, everybody was very polite, I don't have any complaints :)
The worst hotel I’ve every stayed at in the US. It was dirty. Two days there were no breakfast. Wifi wasn’t working in rooms. Only one elevator worked and it was slow and dirty. The staff were rude. A really terrible hotel.
Great hotel... People in front desk were so kind and nice! The whole crew are so polite and made an amazing job. Overall, the hotel is so good and it's perfect located for you that want to visit Washington DC.
We were in the same hotel 18 months ago and it was much better, therefore we decide to go back but we have made a mistake with this choice.
Unfortunately Hotel is very badly maintained.
The hotel location was fine. It met my expectations. Parking was adequate, room size was comfortable, shower was great and the hotel staff was friendly.
