What a great hotel! Lots of space in the room, lots of lighting and outlets. Bed was comfortable, lots of counter space in the bathroom. They had a great assortment of food for their breakfast. It was in a quaint little neighborhood but easy to get to Frankfurt and the airport. The staff was so friendly.

The hotel isn't really close to the airport, it's actually well connected to the airport with public transportation. Unfortunately, many people do not know this. They end up calling a taxi, costing 25 Euros. It would be very helpful to let people know that there is this cheap and efficient public transportation in the booking website.

We checked in at 2am and asked the reception if we can check out at 12 noon instead of 11am, and we were told we have to pay extra and we must pay for parking and one night before i stayed here and did not pay for parking.
but when i was booking online it said parking is free.
it around 9am drilling and constriction started near our room and we couldn't sleep.

We stayed 1 week in this apartment,we like it. Nice location and easy transport connection.Just 2 mins walk to S line train station,then 30 mins by train to Main station,then change U line to Messe or downtown,very convenient. The apartment space is big,can fit 4-10 people. Heating radiator and hot water supply work very well,we feel very warm and cozy in January. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood,no noise in night,so we slept well. I recommend this place for travellers who want to have a nice living space but also save money.

The location is not optimal. The beds NEED to be replaced. The television in our room was not working. The back of the remote control was missing. We called downstairs and the 2nd time we called someone answered and we were told that the young lady would let a colleague know immediately and that he would come up to our room. 1/2 hour later we called again AND again, but no one answered the phone. 1 hour (at 11:00 pm), we called again and a gentleman answered. He had not been notified of our original request and was willing to come up right away, but we told him that it was 11pm and that we were going to sleep. The hotel needs to employ people who can understand German - especially in the evening. The one young lady at the reception during the day was VERY helpful and answered all of our questions and printed out directions for us as well.madeleineCanada - 8.0Scored 8.0

This hotel was Great! We were greeted with a very late check in (our flight was delayed with a couple of hours), and also a great experience with the front desk. Awesome bus ride away for an overnight layover. I found restaurant and bars in a short walk from the hotel. There was a gas station close for other options. It was Sunday afternoon so many things were closed. The airport bus number 67, saved 40 euro taxi back to catch my flight. 10 or 15 minute ride from the hotel. Definitely recommend making a reservation for parking as the street was very full. Staff was superb, Room exceeded my expectations for a European hotel. I was able to purchase softdrink at the hotel. In room coffee was a bonus. Would certainly would book again if flying in or out of Frankfurt.

Hi I arrived late evening and in the dark i was trying to find the hotel. There were no one in reception to give my keys for my room. I had no access to German phone number and i couldn't communicate with no one. The available WiFi wasn't strong to message that i arrived. Unfortunately in your page there are no details that no one is at the reception the evening.So i had to wait 1 1/2 to find someone to help me. Customers call the receptionist to come. The receptionist was aggressive and rude and when i complained about her behaviour she asked me to leave the hotel because she was fully booked and she wasn't happy with my complaints. Unfortunately i had a flight early morning so i had no time and courage to find a new accommodation. I will not recommend it . Very poor service 😞ΠΠαναγιωταGreece
