Ease of access to transport, grocery store, parking spot. Ease of getting in, feeling safe, secure and cozy. We arrived after 8pm, Marion was waiting for us with the keys and instructions . It was a raining day. We unpacked and walked to grab items for breakfast for our stay. Marion was a great help to us when we had a challenge with the electric car!

Nice quite, safe area close to the uni of Bordeaux. Thanks to very good connections by public transport, the inner city of Bordeaux can be easily reached. The location was perfect for my trip. The hotel is very close to a tram stop and the city centre is just 20 mins by tram (these are quite frequent). I'm very happy I chose to stay in this part of the city as it was very quiet.
