A beautiful city with great food and nice markets to explore. It's best if you have a local person to give you tips on underground pubs and cafes. It helps to learn a bit of the language beforehand.

I am absolutely in love with the city!
I am absolutely in love with the city!
The whole country is very lovely. Erivan has a lot to offer: delicious food, trendy places, beautiful views and the most kind and friendly people you'll ever encounter. It's my second visit and I'm already missing Erivan.
You can book interesting tours fairly cheap. Everything is quite close, so you'll be able to visit breathtaking tourist places on the countryside, even if your visit is short.
I was amazed by the number of people able to speak German. Most people are very good at speaking Russian and at the restaurants you'll be provided with English menus. A lot of people speak English very well.
It is hard to describe what's so amazing about Erivan. It's just the feel. I've never felt so comfortable and welcomed. The city has very interesting architecture and such a cozy vibe. Visit Armenia, you will not regret it, I promise.

I love Yerevan.
I love Yerevan. It is not flashy on the outside, but quaint and beautiful on the inside. The city has so much to offer, you need to take the time to discover it. The food is amazing, the people are lovely, and the weather and air is refreshing. You can find water fountains all over the town and the country. I also visited several other landmarks and towns, monestaries and hit the ski slopes while here! Everything was great. We had Easter dinner with an Armenian family and they were so kind, the spread was amazing and that was the best part of the whole trip.

More or less city and country still with a high influence from Soviet union and Russia. People are so welcoming and friendly, food almost everywhere is good and this place is rather cheap and affordable. Yerevan offers some sightseeing, parks, and churches to visit as well as restaurants offering local cuisine

An amazing city, with a great bus and so much to see.
An amazing city, with a great bus and so much to see. Lots of old buildings with interesting architecture. People are super welcoming and genuinely nice. The food is incredible with great prices (apart from some of the fancy coffee spots, but also crazy choice of cafes full of artisanal and out there coffee options). Love every minute spent in the city but can also get out to nearby ancient landmarks. Definitely worth spending a week or more here!
Partez is a great hotel not far from city center and main railway station as well. Rooms are big and clean, beds are comfy and breakfast is yummy. But the main thing about this place is the staff. All of them are very hospitable, kind and ready to help. We had our train to Tbilisi departing in the evening and spent much of the time after check-out in the hotel lobby where they treated us with cookies and played cartoons on TV to our 4 y.o. son :) Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity and we'll definitely be back one day!
It was really worth it. From affordability to accessibility. The accommodation was really nice and clean and have a great view of the city. It was located in the city center and the accessibility to the main touristic places were as easy as 15 min walk. I highty recommend to stay there and enjoy your trip.
Moreover, the host was really nice and trustworthy and kind.
It was an enjoyable experience and surely for my next trip to Yerevan, this property will be my first choice.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city center, everything is at a walking distance. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I stayed for a total of 16 days at Nova Hotel and I am very glad I chose this hotel when I was arranging my trip. The room had all kinds of complimentary items, like slippers, a bathrobe, a comb, dental kit and much more, and everything was well sealed and dedicated. I definitely know where I'll be staying during my next visit to Yerevan.
Hotel has not very central localisation, but it's very easy to get to main Yerevan attractions from there (there is nice pedestrian tunnel to city center). Neighbourhood is safe - there are some goverment buildings arround and there is a lot of police and other security. Room was very big, on high floor. Room was modern, well equipped and very comfortable. Breafast was tasty, but as later you came - less dishes you could choose. Free parking around.
The hotel is clean and staff are friendly, the hotel location is also ideal for people who wants to be in the city center. Its a walking distance to Republic Square, there is a nearby 24 hrs grocery store. There is food court and coffee place nearby. Note that the hotel doesnt have elevator and they serve packed lunch but not an issue, the food we had is tasty as well. Overall our experience with this hotel is great. I recommend it
It has probably seen its best days as of now but you can feel it is a 5 star hotel and everyone makes an effort to live up to being a small grand hotel. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff wonderful and the location is perfect. I liked the turndown service.
All of this at a reasonable price which is why I think it is the best option for this money in Yerevan and definitely much nicer than the high rated 4 star hotels.
The hotel is amazing. It’s super close to the city center. Every person in the hotel is nice and friendly. Also except Armenian they speak Russian and English. They make good breakfasts. All food is perfect especially really grate yummy cakes. Hotel is very clean. They do nice room service and clean rooms every day. Room has gorgeous view to Ararat. Shirak is one of the best hotels in Yerevan!
🙂I appreciate the early check in for free, Thanks to Jorge.
🙂 The 1st room given to me smells bad due to cigarette of former occupants. Grateful to Jorge for changing my room and helping me transfer my stuffs.
🙂 The housekeeping ladies were helpful and attended the requests.
🙂 Location is near to city center BUT the dark street going to the hotel at night is not safe.
Great hotel with very friendly 24/7 multilingual staff, very nice and big room, good bed, great shower, good breakfast, lovely sauna/hammam (be aware the rituals here might differ from what you are used to), 15-30 minute walk to a lot of places in the city center including airport bus stop, free parking
Very nice hotel in the center of Yerevan. Clean room with private toilet. The staff is very polite. Location next to the center but in an inner quiet small street. Near to Abovyan Street which is the last stop of the shuttle from the airport. Real Armenian coffee is prepared at breakfast.
Friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable beds, super clean rooms, great WiFi and a practical location for exploring Yerevan (if you don't mind a 10 minute or so walk to the center, or you can take a cheap taxi). All you want from a hotel, really!
Staff were very kind to let us in much earlier than our check in time. Breakfast was bigger than expected for a small hotel. The location is about a 20 minute walk to the city center. The room was spacious, had extra room for baggage.
Super friendly stuff. I arrived early and was told that they are full. But they still managed to help me with an early check in .
Good value for money . If you’re looking for the hotel in the city center this is a nice option.
Very nice small hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff, clean rooms with AC, comfy beds, decent breakfast, 10-15 min walking to the city center. A lot of cozy cafes and restaurants closeby. Indeed worth its money.
In the city center, walkable to almost everywhere, you can find shops nearby. Good price/quality ratio. The host was very responsive and helpful. Very close to Yerevan State University.
Excellent stay. Beautiful hotel in down-town Yerevan. The Service is flawless and very friendly holding true to the notion of Armenian hospitality. Excellent food too.
A great small hotel - very close to city center. Everything was perfect. The room was very clean and had everything one would need. It was quiet and well serviced.
