Your info on this hotel says there is an airport shuttle.
Your info on this hotel says there is an airport shuttle. There is not. As a result I had to keep my rental car over night to get to the airport. Cost me $50. No evidence you have reached out to me to reimburse this expense. I will be cautious about believing your marketing info on hotels in the future.

We attended a wedding at the Downtown Market place and this venue was very nice and the market place was very interesting with the varous merchants that are located there - I would like to visit there again in the near future to dine and take some food home. It is a very cool place! We considered visiting some other places in the Grand Rapids area before heading home but most activities were outdoors and most were too exerting for older people who are not that physically fit. The weather was too cool that day for outdoor things, too.

Great town, lots going on, good restaurants and great walking in downtown/midtown area. Neighborhoods are interesting if you have a chance to explore, probably by car. The Grand River, hence Grand Rapids, is beautiful here.

Grand Rapids was a great weekend trip for us.
Grand Rapids was a great weekend trip for us. We loved the Frederik Meijer Gardens, even though it was crowded due to spring break. We also enjoyed walking around town and enjoying the river. We had dinner at the Seafood Company and really enjoyed it. Next time, I think we will head over to the patio at the Amway Grand as it looked lively and fun.

There’s always something going on in the downtown area.
There’s always something going on in the downtown area. It’s a fun place to be. There a breakfast place on Monroe called LittleBird that is simply amazing!!! Highly highly recommend. Most of the restaurants and bars offer different types of food and drink. There’s something for all ages. Highly suggest using Uber if you don’t know the city well. Even paying $6 for a ride is a lot easier than walking for 15 minutes and feeling lost or uneasy or arguing with your significant other.

We were in town for a Native American pow wow that happens every year. I'm glad we decided on a rom instead of camping. It was hot Saturday and cold and Raining Sunday. We are seniors so camping has gotten hard on us. Plus we had our grand daughter and great grandson with us. The hotel was nice and clean. staff were nice. Breakfast was ok. I did not see and bugs. Pool was a little cold. Hot tub was closed.
This hotel was beyond our expectations. The front desk staff Stephanie allowed me to check in early and upgraded us to a bigger room which was very kind and unexpected. Due to my long flight from Ecuador I was able to go to my room and rest. The breakfast was included and it has great selection. The bed is very comfy! My husband was using the gym and spa and we just felt like we were home. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping and kitchen staff.
Great location in downtown within walking distance to Devos Place. The room was spacious. The hotel staff was fantastic, knowledgeable of the local area, and friendly. Breakfast was good which included bagels/toast, cereal, and hot items such as eggs, potatoes, and ham. Parking was an added fee but was in an attached parking garage. Overall a nice stay.
the 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms was perfect and very comfortable for a group of girls celebrating. it is a short drive or Uber ride from downtown Grand Rapids, many stores and restaurants are just a couple minutes away. it is a beautiful hotel. the pool looked beautiful, I’m sad we didn’t have time to use it!
They charge you 15.00 per person to eat breakfast at this "buffet" plus tip.
We were the only ppl down there eating, and now I know why.
It was less then ok. They need better breakfast choice's, and don't advertise it as a buffet.
Because it's NOT a buffet.
Everything else at the hotel was wonderful!!
The property looks fine but it's not taken care of . All dors (glasses) are pretty dirty and our bathroom was as well. Smell of carry is to strong for hotel. Some good cleaning and better organized can make this place much better.
Hotel was clean and the staff was helpful as they could be. The hotel is close to a lot, and was very walkable to different bars and restaurants. Lots of parking, and easy to drive to all the things that Grand Rapids has to offer.
Very neat, clean and comfortable. great location. We came for Art Prize and they had a great display of art within the hotel. It is just off the main downtown streets, easy access but not right in the heart of traffic and people.
The hotel was outstanding in service, amenities staff, and cleanliness. This is our new go to hotel for Grand Rapids, but the price is still a bit high. Although the price point reflects the facility, service and care :)
It was a convenient location for us. We had easy access to downtown and the Meijer Gardens. There were stores nearby where we could buy food and items we needed for the residential-style focus of this hotel.
We came to Grand Rapids for the Art Prize Event. The Hotel was in an excellent location for walking to everything. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was modern and clean. Parking was close by.
The location was great and it was one of the cheapest hotels around. The layout was modern and like nothing I've stayed at before. The shower was spacious. The hotel connected to the parking garage.
