Dallas is a great place to meet up with friends that live farther away. Traffic can be difficult but much better than Austin or Houston. The Dallas Museum of Art is wonderful. Go online to get your tickets. Cindi’s NY Deli is a good place to eat and has several locations in Dallas.

We very much enjoyed the beds.
We very much enjoyed the beds. We slept very comfortably, the rooms are cool which also makes it easy sleep. The best breakfast. Didn’t like the fact of lack of lighting, and tv single kept going out.

The main reason for our trip to Dallas was to tour the book depository, grassy knoll and all other things related to the JFK assassination. We booked an excellent Viator tour. In addition we went to the George W. Bush library which was interesting and educational, and the arboretum which is even better than the Missouri Botanical garden where I live in St. Louis.

Great property, great provisions and model/clean facilities - spectacular views from the room (49th floor).
My only wish would have been more info on local grocery shopping & restaurants within walking distance. The in-building restaurants had business lunch hours... Plus - the room sitting area had very uncomfortable chairs/sofa.

We were here for the total eclipse and JFK museum.
We were here for the total eclipse and JFK museum. Both were fabulous!
Weather cooperated and our viewing of eclipse was unbelievable. Don't miss 6th Floor JFK Museum and Dealy Plaza. Transportation on tram system was very convenient and affordable. Flew into Love Field which is closer to uptown and downtown events. Notable restaurants; El Fenix for Tex-Mex... Black Tap for burgers.

It excedeed my expectations. Lots of places to visit.
It excedeed my expectations. Lots of places to visit. We needed extra time. Geo-deck, Ross Perot Museum, the Zoo, where we watched the eclipse, original reason to go to Dallas. The Holocaust Museum. And the iFly experience, an in-doors skidiving, was one of the best experiences in my life. You need a car most of the time, Uber was an excellent choice, very efficient.
The Bishop Arts Hotel is A Must! This location is unmatched. The host was extremely responsive and ensured that my needs were met throughout my stay. Great guide available by host within the hotel to identify some local favorites. From cute quaint shops and restaurants to well know establishment, The Bishop Arts District and the Bishop Arts Hotel Delived! l will certainly visit The Bishop Arts Hotel again for future business and leisure travel to Dallas. Short distance to DFW or Lovefield airports.
The location for our needs and proximity to downtown Dallas was perfect. Staff was excellent, willing to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had a good variety of food options including eggs, sausage, soufle, potatoes, cereals, fruit, yougurt, oatmeal, toast, coffee, juice, waffles, etc. etc. On-site parking is abundant. There are many good eating and shopping options in close proximity to the hotel.
Great hotel and room. The staff was fantastic as well, super friendly and helpful. Great location to the airport and not too far from the Center of town. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is great because it is more in the business district so quiet. The hotel has on-site laundry and a fitness center which is great. I'll stay here again when I come to Dallas.
From the minute we arrived the place was a phenomenal sight to behold! Smack center in the primmest location of the downtown. The amenities, staff, and vibe were by far the best I’ve experienced in my life. I’ve asked many times before what an expensive hotel any different from another and this time I received a proper response. Well worth paying for and I would over and over again!
Very comfortable room in a great location in downtown Dallas! Paid extra for a city view and it did't disappoint, beautiful view of Reunion tower. The included breakfast was also great, much better than I would usually find in a hotel. Manager Neal was also very helpful so thank you to him. Would definately return for my next stay in Dallas and absolutely recommend!
Overall, not a bad hotel at all. I was comfortable and safe with my 2 kids. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and nice. Breakfast is okay, continental but sufficient. Breakfast ends at 9:30, I just think it should end a little later. One if the best hotels I stayed at during my stay in Dallas. I'm here again lol. Definitely recommend!
The hospitality in this hotel was above the 5 stars I could give it. Marlon in the evening who worked the bar area was outstanding. The best customer service I've seen in a very long time. He went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you staff but most importantly thank you Marlon for your kindness and service!!!☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
Proximity to central downtown Dallas area. Lovely restaurant. Comfortable spacious accommodation.Helpful staff.A huge thanks to the helpful staff member ..door person...who used her uber account (which we reimbursed her ) to get us to the airport after 3 failed attempts to have a taxi arrive.
The staff was awesome and so helpful in so many ways. The chef is fantastic. Best food from a hotel kitchen we've ever had. Even the valets we're gteat. Everyone went above and beyond. We would give a 7 star if possible. We will be staying here anytime we travel to Dallas!!!!
The hotel was in a great location with easy access to downtown. There was a budget pay parking lot across the street. The bar area was atmospheric, with good service. The rooms are very small, but have full size bed and shower, as you would expect in a mini hotel.
The location was great, since it is close to Dallas Love Field airport, and not very far from downtown Dallas. The breakfast was very good. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a lot of space.
Suites in good position close to the west-end stop of the train coming from the airport, close to downtown and the main attractions. The room was large and comfortable, with a small kitchen available, good Wi-Fi signal.
1) The early check-in per request.
2) The view of downtown Dallas from my room.
3) Cleanliness and organization of the hotel as a whole
4) Valet parking guys deserve a raise
Great and fast communication with hosts. Very comfortable, spacious and well stocked.
Location was very good for access to Downtown Dallas and surrounding areas.
Great location in downtown dallas where most is within walking distance. There is a pool on the ninth floor with a nice view and a pretty good breakfast.
