When someone is using a hotel near the airport it's because they are trying to stay somewhere where they can sleep. With this is mind the room should be DARK... Good curtains to keep the light out. This hotel failed at that.

They put you in the room before five other people and it’s a tiny room don’t have room for anything. I forgot my watch and I tried calling the property like 10 times and no one ever answered. I would never recommend this place the areas in a bad noisy nasty area.

This iconic and modern Hilton Frankfurt Airport is located in the futuristic The Squaire building at Frankfurt Airport, right above the long-distance train station and in indoor walking distance to...

The location appeared to be convenient online. However after a flight from Trieste that parked on a stand miles from the airport we were eventually reunited with our baggage in the bowels of the terminal. Finding our way to the hotel was difficult to say the least because of the absence of proper airport signage. After visiting hundreds of airports around the world I can’t think of another with worse signage.

The room size is very good. The bathroom has a shower and a very nice tub, which is great for relaxing after a long day. The view of the river from the balcony room is great. The staff was very helpful in resolving issues that arose with door lock during our stay, and the hotel offered us a free breakfast to compensate for the hassle. The location is excellent with great coffee places and restaurants, a short walking distance, and the city center within 10 minutes.

FAQs about hotels in Frankfurt

The Beating Heart of Europe

Located near central Germany, Frankfurt is not simply the beating heart of the country, it’s also the lifeblood of the European Union.

The German Federal Bank and the European Central Bank are based here, so naturally this is a city where commerce thrives. In fact, the skyline is so punctuated by skyscrapers that Frankfurt is affectionately known as Mainhattan, a pun on the Main River that slowly meanders through the city.

Lining its banks is Museumsufer, a district with over 20 museums including Goethe’s birthplace and the Frankfurt Historical Museum. The tower of the Gothic-style Frankfurt Cathedral, which played an important role in the Holy Roman Empire, has impressive views of it all.

In the shadow of the modernist architecture remain traces of quintessential Germany. The reconstructed half-timbered facades in Römer square are picture perfect, and the cobbled streets of Fressgass are always full of locals deciding which café to dine at.

Served by Frankfurt Airport - one of the world’s busiest - this pumping city is always on the move. This means that hotels in Frankfurt get booked up pretty quickly, so book early with Booking.com to secure the accommodations of your choice.

As a city Frankfurt is a nice city.

As a city Frankfurt is a nice city. I was there for and exhibition called Techtextile and i guess 2 days was good to find the right companies on the Exhibition. I was driving around with my own car and i find the city nice and easy city for divers and car owners because there are many places in the city that you can park the car free of charge which is not the case in my own city of Amsterdam, in Amsterdam we i pay more than 600 euro per year to park my car but even with payment we can not find a place to park the car but in Frankfurt really was very easy to find places to park the car free of charge and people are mostly very friendly in Frankfurt when i was asking do i have to pay if i park my car people are friendly to give honest answer. I would visit Frankfurt again but i will stay in a different plays. To me getting around was easy because i was driving my own car. I use to eat in Messe Frankfurt at exhibition. Next time i will do my reservation far away form center because i travel always with car.

Frankfurt presents a pleasant cityscape, yet my airport experience left me with reservations. At Frankfurt Airport, there was a noticeable pattern of the police stopping non-EU passengers for document checks just after deplaning. Despite my frequent travels to Europe and holding a multi-entry Schengen visa, I was detained alongside others for an unnecessary 30-minute document verification. The ordeal extended to passport control, where a lengthy queue awaited us, made worse by a mere three counters being operational. The baggage claim area, situated in a less inviting lower ground space with a low ceiling and an unwelcome odor, further dampened the experience. After a lengthy wait, it turned out not all luggage had arrived, compounding the inconvenience.

Frankfurt is an exciting and cosmopolitan city. There are many museums to visit and it is close to the Rhine. There are also many shopping and dining options. The MyZeil Mall on the Zeil (close to the Hauptwache Underground station) is well worth the visit for families who want to shop and dine at an affordable price.

It is a modern city and easy to move around. Unfortunately we arrived one day before X'mas day and most of the city was closed for the 3 days we were there. But the gathering of thousands of people at the main square to hear the church bells on X'mas eve was quite an unique experience!

Hotel Europa Life is located within easy walking distance of Frankfurt's central train station and next to a tram station where you can catch trams to the city center and to the tourist sights on the other side of the river (e.g., Stadel Art Museum). The hotel has simple, clean rooms with modern bathrooms and good Wi-Fi. A good breakfast is included in the room rate. If you're looking for a nice budget hotel with easy access to the train station, I doubt you'll find a better option in this price range.

I normally prefer quaint little hotels when in Europe, but this is my go-to hotel whenever I find myself in Frankfurt, even when not flying in or out. It’s just such a cool place inside of the giant egg shaped building connected directly to the airport. Because it’s connected directly to the airport, it’s a short walk through the complex to the main terminal and trains, with lots of quick food and some shopping along the way. Short train ride into the center of town. Very quiet and comfortable rooms.

I appreciated the proximity of the train central station. In fact, I came to this hotel with the intention of getting to the airport easily, because the hotels at the airport were very expensive and required the use of a taxi. from the main exit of Central Station to this hotel are only 250 m. A 15 to 20 minute walk can take you to the center without any problems. Don't try to take a taxi in Frankfurt or Germany - it's a waste of money. Use the subway or tram or walk.

The location of this hotel is excellent. After a 10 to 15 minutes' walk, you can reach Römeberg to explore the city centre. There are shopping malls and a range of businesses. After that, you can walk along the riverside to appreciate the downtown view. I really enjoy the restaurant at the top of the hotel. It is a place where you can have fine dining or simply relax with a few drinks while taking in the views of the skylines in Frankfurt.

The location was excellent as I was staying over in Frankfurt to catch a flight.. The hotel is very close to the airport and the fact that there was an airport shuttle too was great for me as I had my son who was using crutches with me. I also asked for a room close to the elevator and this was granted immediately. My request for late check out was also granted without an extra cost. Hotel right next to the train station (Frankfurt Hbf), but in a quiet and safe-feeling location. Super convenient for getting to/ from the airport, as it takes only 12 min by S-bahn (S8, S9 run every 15 min). Nice clean room, on a small side. Comfortable beds, air-con, spacious bathroom; friendly reception. We asked for tea kettle and cups, and got them. Breakfast looked good, but we had to skip it to catch an early flight.

All I needed was a place to sleep for 5 hours during a layover in Frankfurt airport, so I stayed in the bunkbed room. Really nice renovated hotel located across the street from the Frankfurt Airport. Ideal for a night's stay prior to an early morning departure. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities
