As you fly into Abu Dhabi International Airport, it’s probably good to know that the vast array of streets with multiple names is best negotiated by landmarks rather than exact addresses. And you won’t be short of landmarks since this fast-growing metropolis is packed with tourist attractions.
The Sheikh Zayed Mosque is the 6th largest mosque in the world and is already open, nearing completion. Most buildings and public areas are on this grand scale, such as the 400 ft tall flagpole on Marina Island or the extensive Khalifa Park which, among other attractions, has its own train.
Along the aquamarine waters of the Persian Gulf lies the remarkable waterfront of Corniche, which offers a walkway along its entire 6 km. From here the modern Arabian skyline can be taken in and by night the scene is illuminated, creating an even more glorious spectacle.
However, shopping is really where it’s at in Abu Dhabi. Malls such as the Marina, Abu Dhabi and Al Wahda Malls provide a multitude of goods, endless boutique options and plentiful food halls. Stay at some of the finest 5-star hotels in buildings that literally scrape the sky or find a budget property in this luxury city, with over 90 places to stay to choose from on Booking.com.

I visited Abu Dhabi because I came to the concert of Andre Rieu and decided to mix and see the local culture. Memorable event, memorable vacation. I was impressed about the venue Etihad Arena.
The cities offers a lot: visited Louvre, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Qasr Al Watan, National Aquarium, Sea World, Al Forsan International Sports Resort offers different sport activities from horse riding, shooting and many other activities. The city is unique and you have to come here at least once.
Since I came during Ramadan I tried local food at Iftar offered in a package by Yas Island.
What I liked the most as a single woman that I felt safe everywhere, hotel, in the taxi, restaurants. I can say I felt more safe than anywhere in Europe. The taxi is affordable for everyone that's why I did not use the buses. Was easy to get around the city and could visit few places in a day. Tips for travelers, get information, buy your tickets in advance from the local websites, many places have free entrances, you just need to book your ticked in advance, so you will avoid the queues.
Overall I liked a lot my trip to Abu Dhabi as was very well planned and I met politeness everywhere.

Abu Dhabi is lovely and so much calmer and more spacious than Dubai. As a female solo traveler I felt really comfortable walking and commuting in Abu Dhabi. The locals and people in general are also much more friendlier than Dubai. I appreciated the space in Abu Dhabi and there is over enough restaurants and shopping to indulge in as well.

Very professional stuff, kind and polite and speaking excellent English. Breakfast....where do I start?...So many choices from different cuisines, all freshly cooked, plus fresh fruits....Eating on the balcony was perfect....No shortage of freshly made cappuccinos.... Hotel is positioned very close to water, so a stroll to Yas beach is short. Excellent pool, beautiful bars, spacious modern rooms. Just a short drive from the airport. Would love to stay there again.

The hotel met my expectation as my main reason to stay in Abu Dhabi was the concert at ethiad arena which is in a walking distance.
The room was quite big, even we requested extra bed beside the master bed.
The only thing the main entrance of the hotel was poor, direction is confusing.
Breakfast was good enough but coffee machines were broken.
Rice was amazing, and actually all worked for me and my family for a 1 night stay.

Amazingly nice and tidy hotel surrounded by the Zoo.
Kind stuff who has even upgraded our room to family size for free eventhough we stayed only for one night.
Room service is perfect. The English breakfast was more than enough.

The stay was exceptional ! Amazing team and service . You can feel the quality in everything.
We were so hesitant between the several hotels in Saadiyat but it was definitely an amazing choice.
The room is huge and the foood is amazing from the buffet to the restaurant choices in the hotel.
Premier Inn is absolute value for money and suits the purpose of airport hotel.. unfortunately since the new airport opened one cannot just walk across to the terminal which makes it less convenient but still good enough for ovenight layover if you have no time to travel to the city
We spend an amazing relax weekend with my wife full of cuddles and chill. The food is amazing, to try the buffet restaurant that is gorgeous. The swimming pool facility is stunning and the biggest in Abu Dhabi. The Grand Mosque is just in front the hotel. High recommended.
Mary Love in the restaurant was the most welcoming
and sincere hostess.
everything about this Hotel was top class. I have stayed
in many 5* hotels in UAE, this is my favourite

Best part was the caring attitude of the hotel staffs. We have never faced such a good experience in any other hotels in UAE of the 20 years of my living in UAE.
We would always recommend to meet the same standard
The food was outstanding and fresh. You have plenty of healthy choices. Rooms were big and well-isolated from noises and the gym facility was one of the best that I have even seen in Abu Dhabi’s hotels
