Agile for Leaders 2011

  • 08 Mar 2011
  • The River Room, London, United Kingdom

Description

You’re in charge, the call is yours. It’s Go-time for your next big project or programme, and you have to make a decision. Your CEO wants to know if you’re going to try and ‘be Agile’ this time, or whether you’re going to accept the same process that continually gives you headaches, but at least sometimes delivers... something.

Agile seems attractive, after all your competitors are already jumping on the band-wagon. But you have real and valid concerns. You have BIG, 100-1000 strong development teams. You have big, long-term budgets. You have complicated projects and products that have challenging requirements. You have outsource teams that are a complex mix of off-shore, on-shore, near-shore. You’re too big, too complex to consider using agile, right?

Wrong, dead wrong.

This is an event like no other.

You don’t need another agile sales spiel; you need advice from people who have done it.

You need to be in the room with the experts and practitioner`s who have actively rolled out lean and agile practices across their large organisations. Who have successfully made the hard, hard journey from Waterfall to Agile, and are willing to share their experiences in a brutal and honest forum.

Until recently, this forum did not exist. On March 8th in London, it’s finally going to be possible.

This event is for you.
