Summary of the talk: the introduction of telework is a real opportunity not only for the professional but also for the company and society. In the current economic climate companies require adjustment policies which do not compromise their future growth and the introduction of telework in this context is an opportunity to change the organisational paradigm whilst bearing in mind all the social partners.
