Medical CBT Tools: Ten-Minute Cognitive Behavior Therapy Techniques for Real Doctors (Fort St John, 2018) is a workshop dedicated to the dissemination of medical CBT, the adaptation of traditional cognitive behavior therapy techniques for primary care.

The CMEis the "triple strength" CBT Toolsmodule (12.0 hours / 36.0 Mainpro+ credits*). Join us and you`ll learn a multitude of ultra-brief CBT techniques to make your work much easier with both medical andpsychiatric patients.

Head instructor Greg Dubord, MD is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto, and the prime developer of medical CBT. He has presented over 400 workshops, including 50 for the College of Family Physicians of Canada, and is a University of TorontoCME Teacher of the Year.

*American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) members are eligible to receive up to 36.0 Prescribed credit hours for attendance at CBT Canada’s 12.0 hour (/36.0 Mainpro+ credit) workshops due to a reciprocal agreement with the College of Family Physicians (AAFP, 2016).
