Africa Peace Festival 2012

The Africa Peace Festival 2012 is an initiative of African Center for Peace Building (ACFOPB), in partnership with Uniting for Peace-UK, Global Educators for all Initiative-Nigeria, Climax Travel and Tour Ltd-Nigeria, Ministry of Tourism-Ghana, United Religious Initiatives, Children of the Earth Inc.-USA, Compassionate Journeys-USA and supported by many other organizations across the globe.

The Africa Peace Festival 2012 is dedicated to sustainable programs and projects related to promoting global peace and development, including:

• The state of African democracy
• Peace Education
• The role of women in sustainable peace
• Youth non violence and leadership
• Conflict and humanitarian situations
• Human Rights
• Building a culture of Peace and its sustainability
• Agriculture and poverty reduction
• Cultural/Ethnic Dispute

The Africa Peace Festival 2012 brings together academies, practitioners, non-governmental organizations, governments and others.
