38th Congress of Military History 2012

The 38th Congress of Military History 2012 is under the aegis of the Minister of Defense of Republic of Bulgaria.
The forum will be hosted by "G. S. Rakovski" Defense Academy.
The Bulgarian Commission of Military History is delighted to welcome the Congress in Bulgaria for the first time in the history of the ICMH.

The 38th Congress of Military History 2012 covers topics such as:

• Incorporation of technological knowledge into military planning, and into military training and education
• Technology and its impact on military operations, tactics and doctrine
• Military use of civilian technologies
