An event organised by the EuroAfrica-ICT EU project under the aegis of the European Commission (DG INFSO / International Relations Unit), with the support of the Finnish Government (Ministry for Foreign Affairs MFA), and the VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland. Note: The 3rd 3rd Euro-Africa Cooperation Forum on ICT Research 2010 will be organised in the framework of the 2010 Euro-Africa Week on ICT Research & e-Infrastructures and it will be co-located with the 1st Euro-Africa e-Infrastructures Conference to be held on Dec. 9-10, 2010 at the same anticipated venue.
