The
Heart Failure / Preventive Cardiology Conference 2012 is dedicated to developments in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of cardiovascular disease including:
- Critically review and analyze current Heart Failure research used in AHA quality measures and develop a strategy to apply them in the care of their patients
- Analyze current ACC, AHA and HFSA Heart Failure measures, specifically in the areas outlined in the Get with the Guidelines and program, and develop a strategy to apply them in the care of their patients
- Analyze current ISHLT guidelines for the care of the Heart Transplant Recipients, specifically those
- Critically review and analyze current Preventive Cardiology research used in AHA quality measures and develop a strategy to apply them in the care of their patients
- Develop strategies to include the historical context of heart failure in treating patients with the disease
- Focused on the long-term care aspect, and develop a strategy to apply them in the care of their patients
The Heart Failure / Preventive Cardiology Conference 2012 brings together fellows, physicians, PA, residents, APRN, PAC, RN, LPN of all specialties.
