In Silico Systems Biology 2016

  • 03-08 Jul 2016
  • Wellcome Genome Campus, Hinxton, United Kingdom

Description

In Silico Systems Biology 2016 is a course dedicated to the use of systems-based modelling approaches to understand biological and biomedical problems.

In Silico Systems Biology 2016 covers topics such as:

  • Quantitative Modelling: Chemical kinetics, constraint-based modelling and stochastic simulations, including spatial representations
  • Qualitative Modelling: modelling and simulation of networks using logic approaches and analysis of their dynamic properties
  • Model Sharing: how to encode and annotate models
  • Network Analysis and Pathway Enrichment

In Silico Systems Biology 2016 brings together PhD students and researchers with a minimum of one year experience in the field of systems biology modelling.
