V Meeting di Allergologia Pediatrica & 2nd Milan International Adverse Reactions to Bovine Proteins

In 2001, the First Advers Reactions to Bovine Proteins Meeting represented the state of the art in diagnosis, prevention and treatment of allergy conditions associated with cow s milk consumption.

Melloni Paediatria and the University of Milan are committed to this new scientific venture: the 2010 edition is an extension of themes developed during the previous meetings and focuses on state-of-the-art issues related to IgE-mediated milk allergy.

The 2nd edition of the Milan Meeting Adverse Reactions to Bovine Proteins: Changing Patterns, Mechanism and Treatment is scheduled on February 4th-6th February, 2010.

This event will be held in conjunction with the World Allergy Organisation Meeting for the presentation of the new WAO diagnostic and treatment Guidelines on Cow s Milk Allergy under the Chairmanship of Professor Alessandro Fiocchi.

The document, entitled Diagnosis and Rationale for Action against Cow s Milk Allergy the DRACMA document will be presented in December 2009 at the Buenos Aires WAO Congress and will be released during the Milan Meeting in 2010.
