The American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) 2023 Annual Conference is dedicated to the science, art, practice and teaching of public and non-profit administration in areas such as:
- Social equity issues in all areas of public service such as government hiring practices, public budgeting, diversity in academia and others
- Ethics and integrity in public service and governance worldwide
- Accountability and Performance - the requirement for all levels of government to move to performance-based, results-driven management
- Professionalism - Members have an opportunity to advance their careers by becoming involved in their local public administration community
