Promote your event and attract more visitors
"Stoller: A Comprehensive Tutorial in Musculoskeletal Imaging" - 29 Apr 2021

• The event will be advertised in Clocate homepage and other pages
• Visitors will be directed to the event's registration in Clocate
• The event will be promoted on Clocate's Twitter and LinkedIn (One instance)
• Clocate will notify the Organizer of any person contacting Clocate with an interest in registration to the Event
• The initial payment fee of $20 US for Clocate leads promotion service is paid during the agreement acceptance act.
• An additional payment of $1 US for each regsitration lead is paid after the Event ends. Clocate will send a final leads report, including payment details to the Organizer.The Organizer will pay Clocate within a week after the leads report was sent.

This agreement is made between @1@ and Clocate.com ("Clocate") for: "@2@" (the "Event").

Whereas, the Organizer is involved in organizing the Event and is interested in purchasing registrations leads from Clocate

Whereas, Clocate is a web directory for events and may provide registration leads for the Event to the Organizer

Therefore, the Organizer and Clocate agree on the following:

1. General Provisions
   
   1. The event will be advertised in Clocate homepage and other pages
   2. Visitors will be directed to the event's registration in Clocate
   3. The event will be promoted on Clocate's Twitter and LinkedIn (One instance)
   4. Clocate will notify the Organizer of any person contacting Clocate with an interest in registration to the Event
   5. Registration lead notification will be send to the the organizer by email as provided by the Organzier ("Registration lead notification").
   6. Registration lead notification will include contacting details of the registration request, including telephone number and Email. Clocate is not resposible for the accuracy of the contacting details.
   7. Each party acknowledges and agrees that any information relating to the other party's business which is not generally known to the public is confidential and proprietary information. Neither party will disclose the Confidential Information to third parties without prior written agreement.
2. Payment
   
   1. The initial payment fee of $20 US for Clocate leads promotion service is paid during the agreement acceptance act.
   2. An additional payment of $1 US for each regsitration lead is paid after the Event ends. Clocate will send a final leads report, including payment details to the Organizer.The Organizer will pay Clocate within a week after the leads report was sent.
   3. The payment will be to Clocate's PayPal Account.
