This event, being held in conjunction with Weightmans Solicitors, will be based on a real life case study and will highlight the importance of thorough evidence and witness participation, and will offer practical guidance for anyone who is required to participate in an inquest.
To add authenticity to this session a Barrister will play the role of the Coroner whilst other members of the legal profession will share their knowledge and experience as standard inquest proceedings are followed.
