This will be the 8^th in the series of Marcus Evans Telecoms outsourcing conferences. We have examined issues across the network outsourcing and outsourcing back office functions. In the current environment with increasing competition from virtual network operators, new entrants and the deployment of next generation technologies to deliver even more sophisticated services, operators recognise the immense benefits that outsourcing will offer to their business strategies. They need to get it right however by overcoming internal resistance, choosing the right partners and managing those relationships and identifying correctly what needs to be outsourced and what kept in-house in order to move their businesses forward in the present challenging economic climate.
