You as a dental hygienist and dental assistant have been given greater responsibility in the primary assessment of sick and healthy patients. You need to be updated on and have a knowledge of the past caries prevention methods, how to reach out to children and families from high risk groups and how to examine children with cooperative problem - all to achieve and promote good oral health early!
Under these training days you will deepen your knowledge of past caries diagnosis and effective caries prevention for children and adolescents, working with external advocacy, access to new, modern materials to use for the prophylaxis work. In addition, you get knowledge about how to communicate and investigate children with cooperative problem!
