FLC is a major initiative of ASAE & The Center`s learning programs for next generation leaders. Supported by the ASAE Fellows, this Conference creates a learning experience where you will explore key leadership concepts as well as gain a greater self-awareness of you own values and leadership styles. Working with other future leaders, you will build a strong community, explore new roles for leaders, identify how to manage with uncertainty and change, and enhance your own commitment and motivation as an association management professional.
Areas of exploration will include:
Understanding your leadership styles and those of your peers
Examining management in a truly inclusive workplace environment
Leading through the constant presence of change
Strengthening creative thinking skills
Building your competencies (finance for non-finance folks; meeting planning for the rest of us, etc.)
Exploring social media: fad or fundamental?
