A one-week program which prepares ICASA Regulatory staff to satisfy the objectives set out by the Parliament of South Africa for ICT Regulations while at the same time, analyzing similar rules and regulations developed in other jurisdictions globally and their rate of success in achieving the goals set by their respective legislatures.
