Who should attend?
All doctors, nurses, social workers, senior health managers and policymakers and other health professionals who are involved in end-of-life care and/or advance care planning and are committed to improving quality of care for patients. The program will be relevant to health professionals working in hospitals, aged care facilities and community health services, including palliative care.
