With the boom in offshore wind farms and the Crown Estate Round 3 zone announcements at the end of the 2009, it is essential that Project Managers throughout the lifecycle from consents through development, construction, operations and maintenance - are able to identify, manage & mitigate risks of projects growing in size and complexity as well as to share knowledge across the entire process.
