Renegotiation or Termination of Oil and Gas Contracts 2016 is a course dedicated to past cases and current trends in renegotiation and termination provisions and review the tools which are available to successfully renegotiate contract terms and avoid an unwanted termination of contract. Different termination clauses will be addressed with special focus on ‘administrative rescission’ using recent trends and negotiation processes and analysing recent international arbitration awards dealing with this matter.
