The Symposium addresses the fundamentals of a strong volunteer-staff partnership, provides insight into the pressing current and anticipated challenges facing associations and highlights the value of research and strategy. The program is designed to engage participants in activities to discuss leadership styles and encourage immediate application of knowledge-based governance strategies.
