This seminar will discuss future policy to tackle teenage pregnancy, particularly in the context of the Government`s renewed focus on public health. The Teenage pregnancy strategy: Beyond 2010 report released by the previous Government identifies many challenges still to be addressed, including the continued need for improvement in the provision of sex and relationships education, as highlighted in the recent Ofsted report Personal, social, health and economic education in schools.
