Biophotonics is a research area that utilizes light-based technologies in medicine and life sciences.Since its multidisciplinary nature, the BIOPHOTONICS Workshop is intended to provide a forum for experts working in the fields of biology, photonics, physics, engineering, with special emphasis on optical sensing, material selection, interfacing and probe design applied in a medicine and life science perspective.
